Two items, no more: you buy the display once, the control software runs as a monthly licence. Every project is different — these figures give you the order of magnitude so you know whether it fits your budget. The binding quote follows the briefing.

Screens already installed?
Then the hardware drops out and only the licence remains. We check free of charge whether your existing devices can be integrated into our CMS — regardless of who supplied them.
Because the diagonal, the brightness required and the mounting situation determine the price. A 43-inch display on a plasterboard wall costs less than a 75-inch high-brightness panel on a concrete ceiling. After the on-site appointment you get a fixed figure, not a range.
Is there a minimum contract term for the licence?
The licence bills monthly per display. Displays can be added at any time, and moving between Basic and Premium requires no new hardware. The specific terms are set out in the quote.
Does this pay off compared with printed menus?
For a single venue with a rarely changing menu, not necessarily. As soon as you run promotions or have several locations the calculation tips quickly: otherwise every price change costs layout, printing and mounting — per branch. Across twelve locations two menu changes a year are often already more expensive than the annual licence.
What does the electricity cost?
A 55-inch professional display draws around 100 to 150 watts. At fourteen hours a day that is roughly 500 to 750 kWh a year. Night mode, which switches the surface off at closing time, lowers that considerably and additionally extends the life of the panel.
Can we finance or rent the hardware?
For trade fairs and events we offer rental. For permanent installations we sell the devices because it pays off after around two years. If a different structure is needed, get in touch — on larger projects we find a solution.
Are the prices gross or net?
All figures are net and addressed to businesses. Licence prices are shown with the note "+ VAT"; for hardware, VAT is added accordingly.
