Five cars stand in the showroom, fifty are in the range. The vehicles that are not there exist for a visitor only if somebody runs a sales conversation. A large surface shows variants, specifications and colours there is no floor space for.
In the showroom it is about image and emotion, in the workshop area about waiting time and trust. Both benefit, but with entirely different content.
Showroom
Vehicles that are not there
Model variants, colours, trim lines in manufacturer quality — on a large surface that works harder than any brochure.
Manufacturer material
Use campaigns properly
Manufacturers supply high-quality films and images. Instead of leaving them in a folder, they run where customers stand.
Offers
Stock and leasing current
Vehicles in stock, leasing rates, end-of-month promotions: changes are on the surface in seconds, without a new stand.
Workshop
Explain the waiting time
Whoever waits for a service or tyre change sits for twenty minutes. Notes on service, warranty or seasonal offers reach an attentive audience there.
Scheduling
Different content by time of day
Service and workshop in the morning, vehicle presentation for walk-in visitors in the afternoon and on Saturdays.
Several sites
One appearance, every dealership
Maintain centrally, extend per site with stock and contacts. For groups with several brands the appearances can be kept separate.
[ 02 ] In the showroom
Large rooms need large surfaces.
A showroom is tall, bright and spacious. A 55-inch display disappears in it next to a vehicle. Here a large diagonal or a video wall of several panels almost always pays off.
85 inches or a video wall — at ten metres viewing distance anything smaller is too small to create image impact.
From 500 cd/m², considerably more with glass façades and plenty of daylight.
Frame-accurate synchronisation for walls of several panels, otherwise the images drift apart.
Factory colour matching — with vehicle paint every deviation between panels is immediately visible.
For a standard setup we plan one to two weeks from your first message to live operation.
We look at the dealership
Showroom, reception, workshop waiting area. Ceiling height, sight lines, daylight through the glass façade.
The content gets built
From manufacturer material and your stock we build a set that matches the brand — with room for local offers and contacts.
Installation
Displays come from stock, our team mounts a single surface or video wall including mount, wiring and calibration.
Handover and operation
Your team maintains offers and stock itself. Manufacturer campaigns run on schedule, monitoring stays with us.
[ 04 ] Cost
What it costs.
You buy the displays once, the software runs as a monthly licence per display. The concrete quote follows the briefing — these figures give you the order of magnitude.
Yes, that is the standard case. We prepare the material for the format of your surface. You clear the usage rights with the manufacturer; for presentation at the site it is normally approved.
How large does the surface in the showroom need to be?
As a guide: diagonal in centimetres about one sixth of the viewing distance. Next to a vehicle at eight to ten metres, 85 inches is the minimum; a video wall works considerably harder.
Is a video wall worth it over one large display?
From about four metres of image width, yes, because single displays become disproportionately expensive at that size. A wall of several panels is then cheaper, extendable and allows special formats.
Can we display vehicle stock automatically?
For standard cases we work with templates your team enters vehicles into. An automatic connection to a dealer or stock system we assess case by case — tell us which system is in use.
Does sound run in the showroom?
Possible, but usually unwanted because sales conversations run in parallel. We build content to work without sound; for presentations sound can be switched on deliberately.
Can we keep our existing screens?
Often yes. The check costs nothing. If the devices are fit for continuous operation and brightness we connect them.
