Do you only work in Berlin?
Our studio is in Berlin; we install nationwide and across the entire DACH region. Response times are shortest in Berlin because the team and the spare units are here. For larger projects elsewhere we work with local partners.
Does someone come by before we order?
Yes, free of charge in Berlin. We look at the room, measure viewing distances and light conditions and tell you which format fits. Only after that is there a quote.
Do you take over displays that are already installed?
Often yes. We check free of charge whether existing devices can be integrated into our CMS, and then take over content, control, monitoring and maintenance — regardless of who supplied the hardware.
Who does the installation?
We work exclusively with specially trained installers who are qualified for both installation and later maintenance work.
Are you an advertising agency?
No. We do not run campaigns or media planning — we do displays: hardware, animation, software and operation. If you also need a website or an online shop, our parent brand voxara takes care of that.
